At Vyuga, we value your trust and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things may not work out, and we’re here to make your return or exchange process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns :
• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
• For hygiene reasons, innerwear, accessories, and sale/clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process :
• Request a Return: Contact our customer care via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.
• Approval & Pickup: Once approved, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your address (where applicable).
• Inspection: Our quality team will inspect the returned item.
• Refund/Exchange: If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refund Method :
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or to your bank account via NEFT/UPI.
Exchange Policy :
• You can exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability).
• If the requested size or color is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Wrong Item : If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items : Certain products are not eligible for return:
• Innerwear and personal care items.
• Customized or altered products.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
